Why weren't NFS items included in my raffle order?Updated a month ago

Unfortunately, raffle orders are not eligible to receive NFS items or packs, regardless of the total amount spent.

Raffle orders are processed differently from regular Culture Kings orders. Our raffles are managed through our third-party partner, EQL, and are separate from our standard Culture Kings order and fulfilment process.

For this reason, any NFS promotions or offers available on regular Culture Kings orders do not apply to raffle purchases.
