Why weren't NFS items included in my raffle order?Updated a year ago

Unfortunately, raffle orders are not eligible to receive NFS packs regardless of the amount spent. 

Raffle orders are unlike regular orders as they are processed by our third-party partner EQL, which is separate from regular CK order processing.
