I purchased something in-store and it's faulty, what do I do?Updated 2 years ago
With in-store purchases, you will need to head back into the store so that they can rectify this for you.
If you do not have a local Culture Kings store, please submit a request with the following information:
- A copy of your store receipt OR proof of purchase
- Clear images of the fault and any tags attached to the item
- A detailed description of the fault
From here we can have this investigated and come to a resolution for you ASAP!
