For in-store purchases, you will need to return to the store where the item was purchased so our team can assist you with a resolution. This is the fastest and most effective way for our store team to resolve the issue for you.
If you do not have a local Culture Kings store, please submit a request with the following information:
- A copy of your store receipt OR proof of purchase
- Clear images of the fault and any tags attached to the item
- A detailed description of the fault
Once received, our team will investigate your request and work towards a resolution as quickly as possible.
If you choose to proceed with online assistance for an in-store purchase, you may be required to send the item back to us via post, and our online team will be happy to assist you further with this process.
