How does Refundid work?Updated 5 days ago

Refundid allows eligible customers to receive their refund upfront, rather than waiting for their return to arrive back at our warehouse and be processed.

A few things to keep in mind:

• Refundid is currently available to Australian customers only.
• Your return must be lodged and tracking back to us within the required timeframe.
• First-time Refundid users may have a refund limit of up to $750. Your available limit may increase over time based on your Refundid account and usage.
• All items must still meet Culture Kings’ standard return requirements, including being returned in their original, unworn condition with all applicable tags and packaging.
• Receiving an instant refund does not mean your return has been approved before inspection. Once received, your return will still be checked to ensure it meets our return policy.
• If the return process is not followed, the item is not returned within the required timeframe, or the item does not meet our return conditions, your Refundid refund may be reversed or charged back.

Paid with Afterpay or another Buy Now, Pay Later service?
If you choose Refundid, your instant refund is paid directly to you by Refundid and does not automatically cancel or adjust your original payment plan. This means you will still need to continue making your scheduled Afterpay repayments as normal. You have received the value of your refund separately through Refundid, rather than through your original payment method.

If you would prefer your refund to be processed back through your original payment method, including having your Afterpay order adjusted where applicable, please use our standard return option instead of Refundid.
