You are more than welcome to return items from multiple orders in the same parcel to help save on return postage costs.

Please make sure you lodge a separate return for each order through our online returns portal and follow all of the prompts provided.

Once you've lodged your returns, simply contact our Customer Experience team and let us know that you'll be sending the orders back together. We can then waive the return shipping fee on one of the orders so you're not charged twice for using the same return parcel.

We also ask that you clearly include all relevant order numbers either on the outside of the return parcel or on a note placed inside. This helps our Returns team identify each order and ensure all of your returns are processed correctly when the parcel arrives.

Please only use one return shipping label on the outside of the parcel when sending the orders back together.
