What does ‘Attempted Delivery’ mean?Updated an hour ago
An “Attempted Delivery” update means the courier tried to deliver your parcel but was unable to successfully complete the delivery.
If you receive this tracking update, we recommend checking your tracking information first for instructions from the courier. You may need to:
Arrange a redelivery
Collect your parcel from a post office or designated collection point
Contact the courier directly for further information about your delivery
Please action any instructions provided by the courier as soon as possible. If your parcel is not collected or redelivery is not arranged within the courier’s required timeframe, it may be marked as unclaimed and returned to us.
What if my parcel is being returned to sender?
If you’re unable to arrange redelivery or collect your parcel, please reach out to our Customer Experience Team for assistance.
Please keep in mind that Return to Sender parcels can take several weeks to arrive back at our facility. Unfortunately, we’re unable to process the return until the parcel has been received and processed by our team.
We recommend keeping a close eye on your tracking for the most up-to-date information regarding your parcel.
