Will I have to pay customs or import fees?

If you’re ordering from outside Australia, your order may be subject to customs duties, import taxes or other fees when it arrives in your destination country.

These charges are determined by your local customs authority and are not controlled by Culture Kings. Any applicable customs duties, taxes or import fees are the responsibility of the customer and cannot be prepaid by us.

As customs requirements and charges vary between countries, we recommend checking with your local customs authority before placing your order to understand any fees that may apply.

Please be aware that customs processing may also impact your delivery timeframe.

New Zealand Orders

For customers ordering to New Zealand:

• Orders under NZ$1,000 include 15% New Zealand GST, including applicable shipping charges.

• Orders over NZ$1,000 may be subject to additional duties, taxes or customs requirements upon arrival in New Zealand.

Any additional customs or import charges applied to your order are the responsibility of the recipient.
