If you use more than one email, please check all inboxes. Often, people add their alternative email to the Afterpay account.
If you still haven't received an order confirmation from Culture Kings, please email us HERE and send a screenshot of your Afterpay order details and the following details:
- Address - Phone number
- Full name the order was placed under
- The Afterpay number (Located at the top next to 'Online'
